The 2020 Passe-Tout-Grains Rosé is a traditional blend of Pinot noir and Gamay noir from Freedom Hill, Justice, and Arlyn Vineyards. The fruit was pressed gently then settled and racked repeatedly to ensure its pristine purity. The Rosé was fermented with ambient yeast and aged in neutral barrels for 5 months.
The resulting Rosé is fresh and crisp with a delicate pastel pink color. The inviting nose suggests a touch of flint, cherry blossoms, and zesty oranges while the palate delivers crunchy red berries. The delicate fruit and bright acidity all come together to produce what we feel is a lovely & balanced example of what the Willamette Valley gave us in 2020.
